Governance and Compliance Manager | Digital Health SectorUp to £60,000 DOEEither GPHC or HCPC registeredFull Time - Reading Based - Hybrid Working Role descriptionThe role of the Governance and Compliance Manager is suited to an individual with a clinical background in medicine, nursing, pharmacy or allied health (physiotherapist, occupational therapist etc). The role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and working with several regulators.You must have a comprehensive understanding of good governance and risk management. You will work in an environment focused on actively managing governance and assurance across a number of services and ensuring that patient and staff safety remains paramount. You will be working alongside the Head of Governance and Leadership Team. You will support arrangements for governance and the coordination of corporate and legal compliance across the organisation. You will also support day-to-day coordination and oversight of all governance and compliance related meetings and working groups and ensuring efficient information flows between all teams.You will play a key role within the organisation to ensure a modern approach to clinical standards, audit, and effectiveness is adopted, including the integration of continuous quality improvement skills and techniques.
